The Nutcracker

This holiday tradition is a family favorite, featuring the classic music of  Tchaikovsky.  The performance is a family-friendly production, approximately one hour in length, featuring our prepointe through advanced ballet students. Select parts are open to audition for younger students, ages first grade and up.  Please check with the studio for a full list of available parts and audition date and time.  Costumes purchased for this performance are used again in the year end recital.  The 2012 performance will be December 2 at the Chesterfield YMCA, shows at 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Year End Performance

The annual year end recital is held the first weekend in June at the Chesterfield YMCA.  There are five performances featuring all levels of students, showcasing the year’s work and all styles of dance.   Tickets will go on sale in April.  No videotaping or flash photography is allowed during performances; a professionally filmed video will be available to order of each performance.
